The recruitment dashboard is where candidates are reviewed, shortlisted, invited and declined. It is separate from this careers site and is not publicly reachable.
Recruitment dashboard
Candidate list, scores and reasoning, every answer, documents and the decision trail letters. Sign in with your work email and the six-digit code we send you.
No password box on this page, on purpose
This careers site is public and has no server of its own, so any password it checked could be read straight out of the page source. The real gate lives on the dashboard. Sign in there.
- Your own account: you sign in with your work email and a six-digit code. There is no shared password.
- A code, not a link: corporate mail filters open every link in an incoming message to scan it, which spends a single-use sign-in link before you click it. A code cannot be spent by being read.
- Named actions: stopping a decline, shortlisting or changing a setting is recorded against the person who did it.
- Enforced by the database: you can only see and change your own firm's candidates, and that boundary is enforced by Postgres rather than by the page you are looking at.
This replaces the shared password and the name picker, where anyone who knew the password could select any name. Who declined a candidate is now a fact rather than a label.
